Take NH-101 W / NH-12 W. 
NH-101 W / NH-12 W becomes NH-9 (Crossing into VERMONT).
Enter roundabout and take 3rd exit onto US-5 S / VT-9 S.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto LINDEN ST / US-5 S / VT-9 S. Continue to follow US-5 S.
Turn RIGHT onto ELLIOT ST.
