Bric-a-Brattleboro will operate from 10am-3pm. We are asking all Vendors to be present or have a representative present during the hours of operation. Each Vendor is responsible for sweeping/cleaning their space down after breakdown. Vendors can arrive for set-up at 9am and should be ready for customers at 10am. Limited parking is available for loading and unloading. Please do not park in front of the Bus/Shuttle Stop. Vendors need to quickly unload vehicles and then move out of the way for the next vendor to do the same. The reverse applies at the end of the fair.

List of suggested items to bring along with you to make your participation in Bric-a-Brattleboro easier and enjoyable!
- If you have a table available to you to bring, please do, we are limited on the number of extra tables that are allotted by the venue. And if you Don’t have a table available to you, let us know so we can be sure to have one for you!
- Bring a nice tablecloth or other table covering to individualize your table from others.
- If you’re not sure on how much inventory to bring, bring more as back-up inventory.
- If you feel like you don’t have enough inventory, bring samples of your work and business cards or other contact information to hand-out to  customers for potential commissions or future sales.
- Bring business cards or other information to hand out even if you do have enough inventory.
- Be prepared to make sales, this could include a receipt book, change for large bills, and anything else you can foresee needing to make a sale.

Be prepared to talk about yourself to potential customers… tell them about your process if they seem interested.
